You will find plenty of reviews about how amazing Beach Bum Beards products are which I agree with 100%. In my opinion what sets Beach Bum Beards apart from the rest of the pack is their outstanding Customer Service. I had an issue with one of my recently purchased Beard Oil’s for some reason I couldn’t get it to spray. I reached out to Derrick and his team asking if this is something they have ran into before and if they had any suggestions on how to remediate the issue? Without hesitation Derrick promptly responded I mean within minutes and said he apologized for the inconvenience and would be sending me out a new one today. Rarely do you see that kind of Customer Service these days and for that reason alone I will be a Beach Bum Beard customer for life!
